We also encourage you to read the bottom of your bills that come through e-mail
each month as they may contain additional information. The billings go out at the beginning of the month and are due by the 15th of that month. You may
also choose to pay annually or by credit card. Please try to pay your bills on time. It has been our policy to temporarily disable accounts that are past
due until payment is received.

As a part of your paid service, NCATS provides a web-based email program that is accessible from any computer connected to the World Wide Web.
- What happens when I change my password On-Line?
Your password will need to be re-entered for your Outlook Express (E-Mail) and Dial-Up connection information. If you are having difficulty updating this information, please call our tech-support.
- What is Dial-Up Usage?
NCATS logs Dial-Up customer's time on the Internet. Click here to view the amount of time you have spent on the Internet for the current month.
