NCATS Internet is a locally owned and operated Internet service provider committed to connecting our community with fast, reliable, and affordable Internet. As the technology division of the Newaygo County Regional Educational Service Agency (NC RESA), we've been serving Newaygo County since 1995.
Unlike many providers, we reinvest every dollar back into our network—expanding coverage, improving service, and bringing high-speed Internet to unserved and underserved areas. Our mission is simple: provide exceptional local service and ensure our community has access to the reliable connectivity it deserves.

We have had NCATS for about 10 years. We are in a rural, heavily forested area and have no problem streaming 2 tvs and 4 handheld devices at one time. We even got rid of our dish (which was super pricey) and switched to streaming live tv. Very reliable and highly recommended.

I have had no issues with NCATS as a service provider. We save a lot of money from the days having xfinity. The cost for that just went up every year. The customer service wasn't good and neither was the reliability of service. With NCATS we can stream TV, surf the web, and my daughter can do her college classwork without it buffering. I would say that is a good deal.

We have worked with NCATS senses the dial up days. Always nice people to work with. We have used the tower, and now the high speed cable. Great service and they actually answer your questions. Very happy they are in our area.

Absolutely the best darn internet provider in Newaygo county. While the connection is great it's the people and service that make me tell everyone that NCATS should be their first choice if available.
They did some kind of upgrade a few years ago and they called me to ask if I wanted to keep my speed at $10 less a month or double my speed for the same as my current costs. Name one company out there that does that.
I've upgraded the service at my place to include 3 out buildings on my property and they have been right there at a fair price and great service every time. Just can't say enough good about NCATS.

We have had NCATS for around 8 years and have NEVER had a bad experience with them. Not only is the internet good quality but the costumer service is outstanding! I will always recommend this company!

This review is long overdue. NCATs truly does care about their customer satisfaction. I reported an issue of high latency, and they were quick to schedule a technician to address my issue. The tech came out within a few days and attempted a few fixes that didn’t work. The fix ended up not working, but NCATs again went above and beyond to help me out. They made some major changes at one of the distribution points, and my internet in rural Michigan has been nothing short of awesome. Thanks again, and I look forward to continuing my service with NCATs.
